Ingredients

  • 6 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsps chia seeds
  • 2 oz raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 6 tbsps raw shelled hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsps almond butter
  • 2/3 cup dried tart cherries
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup whole almonds
  • 3/4 cup dry roasted & salted sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  • Mix all dry ingredients together.
  • In a saucepan melt coconut oil, add almond butter, and honey. Stir together and pour over dry ingredients. Mix well.
  • Grease an approximately 8x10" pan and press your mixture into the pan. Keep refrigerated.
