Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 8 walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 3.4 fl oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 2/3 cup oats

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Mix wet ingredients.
  • Add dates and walnuts to dry ingredients and add wet ingredients.
  • Form balls and place them on a baking sheet. Push the top a bit and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, let cool and serve.
