- 1 head small cauliflower
- 4 medium zucchini
- 3 medium whole tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 5 medium carrots
- 16 oz canned tomatoes
- 1 cup fire roasted tomatoes
- 8 oz crushed tomatoes
- 16 oz kidney beans
Directions
- Chop all ingredients.
- Add cans of fire roasted tomatoes and crushed tomatoes to pot.
- Add vegetables and beans.
- Simmer well till vegetables are tender.
