  • 1 head small cauliflower
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 3 medium whole tomatoes
  • 8 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup fire roasted tomatoes
  • 16 oz canned tomatoes
  • 16 oz kidney beans

Directions

  • Chop all ingredients.
  • Add cans of fire roasted tomatoes and crushed tomatoes to pot.
  • Add vegetables and beans.
  • Simmer well till vegetables are tender.
