  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 tbsp butter blend
  • 1 wedge yields lemon juice

Directions

  • Add spinach to microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Remove and stir in butter as desired. You don't need very much so add a little at a time!
  • Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice on top.
  • Salt lightly if desired.
