- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecan nuts
- 158 ml pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp coarse kosher salt
- 4 cups dry old fashioned oats
- 76 g pasture-raised sea salted butter
- 100 g organic 100% whole ground golden flaxseed meal
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 300°F.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Warm butter and maple syrup in the microwave.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 mins. Let cool before transferring to an airtight container.
