Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped pecan nuts
  • 158 ml pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp coarse kosher salt
  • 4 cups dry old fashioned oats
  • 76 g pasture-raised sea salted butter
  • 100 g organic 100% whole ground golden flaxseed meal

Directions
