- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 1 oz dijon mustard (1 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp leaves thyme
- 4 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast
Directions
- Whisk marinade ingredients together.
- Place chicken in shallow bowl.
- Pour half of the mixture over chicken and turn to coat.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- Grill chicken, basting with remaining sauce until no longer pink inside, approximately 12 minutes.
