  • 1/2 tsp leaves thyme
  • 1 oz dijon mustard (1 tbsp)
  • 3 tbsps balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast

Directions

  • Whisk marinade ingredients together.
  • Place chicken in shallow bowl.
  • Pour half of the mixture over chicken and turn to coat.
  • Let stand 10 minutes.
  • Grill chicken, basting with remaining sauce until no longer pink inside, approximately 12 minutes.
