  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 1 tbsp seasoning

Directions

  • Crumble two slices of bread in blender and add to lean ground beef. Add eggs and fat-free milk.
  • Add seasoning and mix together in a large bowl.
  • Put in a loaf pan and cook uncovered in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour.
  • Note: If you don't have bread, you can use a cup of oatmeal or cracker crumbs.
