  • 10 large black olives
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas

Directions

  • Rinse and drain chickpeas.
  • Toss chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and black olives with lemon juice.
