Ingredients
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup slices waterchestnuts
- 5 oz frozen carrots
- 2 packets onion soup mix
- 5 oz frozen onions
- 1 cup broccoli
- 5 oz frozen cauliflower
- 5 oz frozen spinach
- 5 oz frozen green peppers
- 2 cups tomatoes, with juice
- 1 head large cabbage, chopped
Directions
- Put water and all the vegetables in large pot.
- Bring to hard boil and add onion soup mix and packet of taco seasoning mix.
- Lower heat and cover.
- Simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Note: this soup can be enjoyed as a meal replacement or a healthy in-between meal snack.
