Ingredients
- 2 cups white wheat flour (all purpose)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large brown egg
- 1 cup 100% lactose free low fat milk
- 4 tbsps butter
- 4 tbsps honey
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 400°F.
- Mix dry ingredients first, then slowly add wet ingredients.
- Pour mix into muffin tray 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
