Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large brown egg
  • 1 cup 100% lactose free low fat milk
  • 4 tbsps butter
  • 3 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)
  • 4 tbsps honey
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups white wheat flour (all purpose)

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven at 400°F.
  • Mix dry ingredients first, then slowly add wet ingredients.
  • Pour mix into muffin tray 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
