  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 servings 1 packet splenda (1/3 cup)

Directions

  • Mix Splenda, honey, oil and eggs.
  • Add cocoa, vanilla, salt, oats and mix till combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  • bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 8-10 minutes.
