- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 servings 1 packet splenda (1/3 cup)
Directions
- Mix Splenda, honey, oil and eggs.
- Add cocoa, vanilla, salt, oats and mix till combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
- bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 8-10 minutes.
