  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek style nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Refrigerate until morning.
  • Heat it up or eat it cold.
