- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsps chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup Greek style nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Refrigerate until morning.
- Heat it up or eat it cold.
- Note: you may choose to add the walnuts in the morning for an added crunch.
