  • 7 oz penne
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 16 oz ground turkey 90/10
  • 680 g roasted garlic pasta sauce
  • 114 g baby bella mushrooms

Directions

  • Cook penne according to package instructions. Reserve pasta water.
  • Toss mushrooms in a skillet until brown. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, brown ground turkey and season with spices.
  • Add mushrooms and pasta sauce.
  • Once it boils, add 1/2 cup pasta water.
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Divide into 4 servings.
