- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup flour
- 15 oz pumpkin puree can
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 cup chopped cranberries
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup sweetener
Directions
- Blend all ingredients untill mixed.
- Pour into 12 greased muffin tins or muffin papers.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 22-25 minutes.
