  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen red raspberries
  • 3 oz fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pulp free orange juice

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender. Add some ice if you like your smoothie a little thicker.
  • Blend together for about 45 seconds, or until it reaches preferred consistency.
