Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp mayonaisse, light
  • 1 can chicken
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 oz cheese, fat free

Directions

  • Open can of chicken, drain as much as possible.
  • Chop chicken up with fork or spoon, then take a paper towel and press it on to the chicken to get as much of the liquid out as possible.
  • Mix in the mayonaisse (use very little, just enough to hold the chicken together). Stir well.
  • Mix in as much or as little salsa as you would like.
  • Top with cheese, like cheddar or American.
  • Try and be creative, add other salad ingredients.
