- 2 chicken and sun-dried tomato sausages, sliced
- 6 artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 3/4 cup cooking cream
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 8 oz dry penne pasta
Directions
- Saute garlic with the sausages until warm.
- Add artichokes, olives and mushrooms and continue to saute until water has evaporated.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water.
- Drain the pasta and add other ingredients, including the cooking cream, mix well and serve.
