  • 12 oz spinach noodles
  • 8 oz parmesan cheese, fat free
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups egg beaters

Directions

  • Boil water and then add noodles. Cook for 6 minutes until not quite done. Strain noodles.
  • Cook bacon and set aside leaving grease in the pan.
  • Add noodles to the grease.
  • Crumble bacon on top of noodles.
  • Add cheese and mix together over low heat, stirring now and then to keep from sticking.
