Ingredients
- 12 oz spinach noodles
- 8 oz parmesan cheese, fat free
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 1/2 cups egg beaters
Directions
- Boil water and then add noodles. Cook for 6 minutes until not quite done. Strain noodles.
- Cook bacon and set aside leaving grease in the pan.
- Add noodles to the grease.
- Crumble bacon on top of noodles.
- Add cheese and mix together over low heat, stirring now and then to keep from sticking.
