Spicy Cilantro Chicken
Great flavored spicy chicken without being too spicy.

Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped green chiles
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 6 fl oz lite coconut milk
Directions
- Put garlic, green chile, cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce and coconut milk in a food processor and process to a smooth puree.
- Marinate chicken with about 1/2 of the puree for about an hour in the refrigerator.
- Broil the chicken for 12 - 15 minutes.
- Place the remaining marinade in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer for several minutes.
- Pour over cooked chicken breasts.
