  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 8 oz pinto beans, canned
  • 2 cups stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsps chili powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper

Directions

  • Combine ground beef, onion, and celery.
  • Sauté ingredients together.
  • Drain off any excess oil.
  • In a saucepan, combine hamburger mix, stewed tomatoes, beans and spices.
  • Cook chili about 25 minutes.
