  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 24 frozen shrimp
  • 3 1/4 tbsps avocado oil

Directions

  • Clean, rinse, and pat dry shrimp.
  • Transfer to a large bowl and toss with spices and salt.
  • Heat avocado oil in a skillet.
  • Add shrimp in batches and cook in a single layer for about 1 minute or until the edges have started to turn pink. Flip and cook the other side for another minute or so.
  • Transfer to a plate and squeeze lemon over. Top with fresh basil then serve.
