  • 4 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breasts
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 slices swiss cheese

Directions

  • Brown chicken breast both side for 5 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms and soy sauce.
  • Cook for 15 minutes or when chicken is done.
  • Cover with Swiss cheese and serve when melted.
