Ingredients

  • 4 tsps chili powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ground oregano
  • 4 oz chili peppers
  • 10 fl oz water
  • 15 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 3 ears, small corn
  • 24 oz kidney beans
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 jalapeno
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 2 1/4 lbs ground turkey

Directions

  • Brown turkey in pan.
  • Drain fat and put turkey in large stockpot.
  • Simmer vegetables in turkey fat, ad to stockpot.
  • Add all remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered over low heat for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
