Ingredients
- 2 1/4 lbs ground turkey
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 medium red pepper
- 2 jalapeno
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium zucchini
- 4 cloves garlic
- 24 oz kidney beans
- 3 ears, small corn
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 15 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 4 tsps chili powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground oregano
- 4 oz chili peppers
- 10 fl oz water
Directions
- Brown turkey in pan.
- Drain fat and put turkey in large stockpot.
- Simmer vegetables in turkey fat, ad to stockpot.
- Add all remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered over low heat for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
