Turkey Bacon and Broccoli Egg Cups

- 1/4 second spray olive oil cooking spray
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 dashes black pepper
- 3 dashes sea salt
- 84 g lower sodium turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked broccoli flowerets
- 12 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups reduced fat finely shredded fiesta blend cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray muffin tin with olive oil.
- Mix ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into muffin tin, filling approximately 3/4 cup full and top with 1/8 cup shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, check center with butter knife to ensure fully cooked.
