These turkey burgers are totally tasty.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb lean ground turkey
- 4 1/2 tsps or 1 packet dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp steak sauce
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 0.12 tsp cumin
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
- Mix well with hands or plastic spoon.
- Create 2 patties or 4 smaller patties.
- Cook on grill or in skillet with a little extra virgin olive oil.
- Serve with or without a low calorie bun.
- Note: you can make your own bread crumbs to coat them before cooking; combine in a food processor 1 or 2 slices of toasted low calorie bread, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, and whatever else you want.
