These turkey burgers are totally tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb lean ground turkey
  • 4 1/2 tsps or 1 packet dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp steak sauce
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 0.12 tsp cumin

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Mix well with hands or plastic spoon.
  • Create 2 patties or 4 smaller patties.
  • Cook on grill or in skillet with a little extra virgin olive oil.
  • Serve with or without a low calorie bun.
  • Note: you can make your own bread crumbs to coat them before cooking; combine in a food processor 1 or 2 slices of toasted low calorie bread, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, and whatever else you want.
