Vegetable Rice Soup
An easy Fat Smash Phase 1 friendly soup that I made up tonight because I was sooo hungry.

Ingredients
- 14 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 16 oz red kidney beans, undrained
- 3 stalks medium celery stalks chopped
- 3 large carrots, cut into pennies
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 tsps bouillon
- 5 cups water
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except rice in pot.
- Boil uncovered for 30 minutes or until carrots are softened.
- Stir in rice.
- Enjoy.
