An easy Fat Smash Phase 1 friendly soup that I made up tonight because I was sooo hungry.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 16 oz red kidney beans, undrained
  • 3 stalks medium celery stalks chopped
  • 3 large carrots, cut into pennies
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 tsps bouillon
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except rice in pot.
  • Boil uncovered for 30 minutes or until carrots are softened.
  • Stir in rice.
  • Enjoy.
