- 1/2 cup veggie chorizo crumbles
- 1/2 cup meatless crumbles
- 1 medium potato
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced red onions
Directions
- Dice vegetables.
- Sauté onions in a nonstick skillet until translucent.
