Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet red apple, diced
  • 1 stalk large celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup, seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, shelled
  • 3 tbsps light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • Whisk mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Combine mixture with apples, celery, grapes and lightly toasted walnuts.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and toss everything til well coated.
  • Refrigerate an hour before serving.
