Ingredients
- 1 cup cilantro (coriander)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 8 cloves garlic
- juice from 1 lime
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 tbsp distilled white vinegar
- 3/4 tbsp sea salt
- 1 jalapeno pepper
Directions
- Roughly chop all ingredients including the cilantro stems.
- Mix all ingredients in the blender, except olive oil.
- Turn off blender then add oil. Stir vigorously.
- Taste and season accordingly.
