  • 1 cup 1% fat milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 7 pistachio nut kernels
  • 0.4 oz cashew nuts
  • 7 almonds

Directions

  • Roast nuts in butter till slightly brown.
  • Add semolina and keep stirring on low flame till semolina is slightly brown.
  • Add sugar and then add milk to break lumps.
  • Stir to desired consistency and enjoy.
